Quick Reads #1 – Anna & the French Kiss

anna and the french kiss

Anna is looking forward to her senior year in Atlanta, where she has a great job, a loyal best friend, and a crush on the verge of becoming more. Which is why she is less than thrilled about being shipped off to boarding school in Paris–until she meets Étienne St. Clair. Smart, charming, beautiful, Étienne has it all…including a serious girlfriend.
But in the City of Light, wishes have a way of coming true. Will a year of romantic near-misses end with their long-awaited French kiss?

Goodreads Genres: Young Adult, Romance, Contemporary & Womens Fiction/Chick Lit

Recommend to:

If you are wanting something you don’t really have to put a lot of thought into, something that’s written and flows easily while is still interesting enough to keep you flipping the pages this is for you.If you are in the mood for something girly and you don’t mind reading about teenage dramas this is also a good pick for you.

My Thoughts:

I had some issues with the book but overall I really enjoyed the fluffyness of it. I was quite happy when I read it because it was so cute and sweet but not in  too sickly a way. This is the perfect feel good book to pick up if you have a lot of work/school/assignments etc as you could probably leave it days at a time and still be able to pick it up and not have to try and remember what’s happened so far.
