November is my Birthday month and to celebrate I have decided to do a giveaway for all you lovely folks!

One lucky winner chosen at random will win a book of their choice (up to £20/$20) and I will also go through their goodreads to see what they have enjoyed reading this year and pick one of my 2016 favourites & send this too!

How to Enter:

The giveaway is open internationally and to win all you have to do is follow me on Twitter (@KandtheCatRead) and retweet my tweet regarding this giveaway (should be pinned to my profile). To put your name in the draw twice and have more chance of winning follow this blog and leave a comment down below with your favourite read of 2016 and why & ensure your comment includes your twitter account name so I can check you have done the initial entry.

The small print:

The giveaway will close midnight (UK time) Saturday 26th November and the winner will be picked at random and announced Tuesday 29th November (My Birthday!). Books will be posted out early December however I can’t guarantee when they will be received as it will depend of postal services and where you are in the world. You must enter on Twitter initially; if you only enter by following this blog and commenting below it will not be counted. If you don’t include your twitter account name in your comment on this post your second entry won’t be counted. Giveaway accounts will not be counted only genuine users.

  1. Happy Birthday! Thanks for the giveaway! My favorite read of 2016 was A Gathering of Shadows because I love that series! Schwab has created such a fascinating world and her writing is wonderful!

  3. Happy birth month!! Which day is your actual birthday?!

    My favorite book of 2016 has been The Summer that Melted Everything by Tiffany McDaniel. Such an amazing book that tackles some very tough issues. Tiffany’s writting is very poetic and profound. Such an amazing debut novel and I look forward to more books in the future from her!

    My favourite read of 2016 so far? Oh, geez. My Lady Jane? The Hidden Oracle? The Golden Door? I’ve read plenty of meh novels this year, but there have also been soo many amazing novels. What’s been your favourite?

      1. It’s kind of hard to explain…but it’s mainly about a girl growing up in a very messed up family…and how she somehow manages to make the best of it by making positive connections with good people, and also with the help of her imaginary friend, a seahorse. It was just…amazing.

  6. Ooh, happy birthday! Thanks for the giveaway! 😉 My favorite read so far…. gah, it’s so difficult. I LOVED A Court of Mist and Fury, Empire of Storms, A Darker Shade of Magic, The Raven King…. so many. I’ve really been reading a lot of YA this year, so it’s hard to choose one!

  7. Hello, I am new here on WordPress world, and I need to figure it out more now. Anyways, I’m the same person as adik miftakhur to be honest, I just can’t find my comment above, so I’m sorry for commenting twice. So my favorite book of 2016 is Hurt by Tabitha Suzuma because it has been sticking inside my brain ever since I was done reading it. It’s such a beautiful story, you should check it out sometime only if you had a time though. hehe
    Oh, since it’s getting closer to November 29th, All I can say is Happy Early Birthday to you, God blesses you. :3

    My favorite book for this year is Three Dark Crowns which I have read on an ebook copy only (no available physical copies are sold here! 😭) because eventhough it started out slow in the first few pages, the ending was a blast and I really enjoyed reading the book till the end! The concept of the story, the characters and the plot is very well written for me. 🙂

  9. Hi, Kirsty! November is my birthday month too!!! I turned 25 as soon as the month began. Which is why it’d be lovely to win this giveaway! ♥ Thank you for celebrating your birthday like this 😀
    So far, my favorite read of 2016 has been THERAPY, by Sebastian Fitzek. The plot was amazing and the characters were perfect, but the main reason why I loved it so much was because it got me out of a slump. I stayed up reading until 4 AM!!! I just couldn’t put it down, it was so gripping! 😀
