Link to Goodreads

The Tales of Beedle the Bard, contains five richly diverse fairy tales, each with its own magical character, that will variously bring delight, laughter and the thrill of mortal peril.
Additional notes for each story penned by Professor Albus Dumbledore will be enjoyed by Muggles and wizards alike, as the Professor muses on the morals illuminated by the tales, and revealed snippets of information about life at Hogwarts.
A uniquely magical volume, with illustrations by the author J.K. Rowling, that will be treasured for years to come

My Thoughts:

A companion to the Harry Potter series this book gives you a lot more magic and gives the same warm fuzzy feeling the series provides. It is a compilation of short stories that would be read to young withches and wizards growing up therefore it gives some good morals as well as entertaining. I think this book is great for all ages and I’m looking forward to reading it to my children when I have them :). This would be perfect if you are a fan of Harry Potter and haven’t read them yet and would even be great as a re-read to give you a little of the HP world without having to re-read all 7 books.
